At Westley Luxury, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below.


1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.


2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

  • Contact our support team as soon as possible
  • Provide your order number and details
  • Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation

3. Cancellation Time Frame

Orders must be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing the order (recommended).

After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped.


4. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

The amount will be refunded via the original payment method


5. Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled

In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the item


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can also be canceled before shipment

Repeated cancellations may result in restriction of future COD orders


7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

Pricing errors

Product unavailability

Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
