1. Return Eligibility

The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

The item is returned with original packaging and tags

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Worn, used, or damaged products (not due to our fault)

Items without original packaging

Certain hygiene-related products (if applicable)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our support team with your order number

Provide clear photos/videos of the item

Wait for approval from our team

Ship the item back as instructed

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be issued via the original payment method


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility

In case of defective or wrong items, we may cover the return cost


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size or product change, subject to stock availability

If the requested item is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

Share proof (photos/videos)

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
